Goldenrod Goodies is a home-based boutique bakery proudly serving Central Kentucky. We currently offer local pickup, and pickup details are provided after your order is confirmed.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. Custom orders should be placed as early as possible to ensure availability.

How much notice do you need?

We recommend placing standard orders at least 48 hours in advance. Larger custom orders and event orders should be placed 1–2 weeks ahead whenever possible.

Do you offer custom cookie flavors?

Yes! We’d love to create something unique for your special event. Contact us to discuss custom flavors, colors, and packaging options.

Do your cookies contain allergens?

Many of our cookies contain wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and tree nuts. While we can discuss ingredient information, all products are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens are present.

How should I store my cookies?

For the best flavor and texture, enjoy your cookies within 3–5 days. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.

Can I freeze your cookies?

Absolutely! Our cookies freeze beautifully for up to three months. Allow them to thaw at room temperature before enjoying.

Do you offer gift boxes?

Yes! Our cookie gift boxes make the perfect gift for birthdays, holidays, thank-you gifts, and special occasions.

Do you cater weddings, showers, and corporate events?

Yes! We offer larger orders for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, business events, festivals, and other celebrations. Contact us for pricing and availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Additional payment options may be available for local orders.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every order is made fresh, changes or cancellations may not be possible once baking has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Do you ship cookies?

Shipping is not available at this time. We currently offer local pickup, with hopes of expanding our services in the future.
